Location
Piccarreta & Davis is located at 145
S. 6th Avenue in downtown Tucson. Our historic building is
located on the northeast corner of 6th Avenue and 12th
Street, one block south of Broadway.
Our corner mates include “The Tucson
Children’s Museum”, Armory Park and the Clarion Hotel.

From I-10 and West Tucson
 |
Exit I-10 at Broadway and travel east on Broadway.
You will pass Granada, Stone, Scott, and 6th Avenue. At the
next light, 5th Avenue, turn right. Travel one block south to
12th Street and turn right again. Our historic building is on
your right and distinguished by a sign featuring our “diving lady.”

|
|
Travel west on Broadway into downtown. Drive under
the Diamondback Snake, past the Greyhound Bus Station and the Congress
Hotel. At 5th Avenue turn left. Travel south one block to 12th
Street and turn right. Our historic building is on your right and

|

Travel south on Stone Avenue, through downtown until
you reach Broadway. Turn left on Broadway. You will pass Scott and 6th

From Airport and South Tucson
|

Exit airport on Tucson Boulevard. Travel north on
Tucson Boulevard to Benson Highway and turn left. Move to the right lane
and follow Benson Highway until you reach the intersection of Kino
Boulevard. Turn right on Kino Boulevard and proceed north until you reach
22nd Street. At 22nd Street turn left and travel
approximately 3 miles until you reach 6th Avenue. Turn right
on 6th Avenue and travel north until you reach our building
located on the northeast corner of 6th Avenue and 12th
Street. Our historic building is on your right and distinguished by a

Parking
Metered parking is located on the south side of 12th Street along
Armory Park. The meters are $.50 per hour with a maximum of six hours.
