Barry M. Davis

Barry Davis has been a trial lawyer for 30 years.  He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University (St. Louis) and law degree from the University of Toledo, (cum laude). Mr. Davis served as managing editor of the Law Review.  He is certified by the State Board of Legal Specialization in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.

Mr. Davis’ practice is limited to personal injury. His practice places an emphasis upon medical negligence and serious personal injury arising from negligence, defective products and construction accidents. Mr. Davis successfully recovered through trial and settlement in excess of $60 million on behalf of injured claimants.

Since admission to the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Davis served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, as an adjunct professor in trial practice at the University of Arizona College of Law, and as an instructor for the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Davis has been appointed to and served on various committees, including the Pima County Commission on Trial Court Appointments, the Governor’s Committee on Contingency Fees, and the State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.

Mr. Davis served as the President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the Morris K. Udall American Inn of Court.

Mr. Davis has been recognized by his peers and elected to The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Davis is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Nomination for fellowship, by fellow members of the bar and bench, is limited to one percent of the trial lawyers in the state. He is an AV rated lawyer in Martindale-Hubbell and listed in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
