Amy Hernandez Amy Hernandez received her law degree in 2003 from Drake University (with Honors). Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ms. Hernandez currently serves on the Civil Practice & Procedure Committee for the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Hernandez also sits on the Executive Council of the State Bar Trial Practice Section and is a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court. In addition, Ms. Hernandez serves on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Pima County Bar Association. Ms. Hernandez served as the 2007-2008 President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pima County Bar Association and as a Board Member for the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers Division from 2006 -2008. Ms. Hernandez served as a military intelligence analyst from 1996 -2000 in the United States Army. She was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas, where she analyzed and distributed intelligence information. Ms. Hernandez is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for Arizona and all Arizona state courts. She is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Arizona, and the Pima County Bar Association.
