Biography
Mrs. Hahn completed her undergraduate degree in Spanish Linguistics, with a minor in Psychology, at the University of Arizona in 2014. She joined Piccarreta Davis Keenan Fidel as a legal secretary in 2015 and quickly proved to be a studious, dedicated, and hardworking member of the team, promoting to legal assistant within her first year. In 2017, she began providing in-court assistance during felony jury trials. She has extensive experience managing complex, and sometimes high-profile, criminal matters in both state and federal courts from the preindictment stage throughout all proceedings, including jury trials.
In October 2025, Mrs. Hahn was licensed as an Arizona Legal Paraprofessional ("LP") with an endorsement in Criminal Law. As an LP, she can provide the services outlined in ACJA § 7-210 in certain criminal misdemeanor matters in municipal and justice courts in Arizona. These LP services include:

Preparing and signing legal documents.

Providing specific advice, opinions, or recommendations about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies.

Drafting and filing documents related to motions, discovery, interim and final orders, and modifications of order, and arranging for service of legal documents.

Appearing before a court or tribunal on behalf of a party where not prohibited by the rules and procedures of the forum.

Negotiating legal rights or responsibilities for a specific person or entity.
Mrs. Hahn maintains her role providing experienced assistance to the attorneys with regard to felony jury trial cases while also providing compassionate and experienced representation and strives to achieve the best possible outcome. She maintains an excellent professional rapport with attorneys, court personnel, and clients.
Mrs. Hahn is a second-generation native Arizonan, growing up in Phoenix and moving to Tucson in 2004. While not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons (especially attending concerts with her eldest and playing chess with her youngest), bonding with the family's rescue dogs, playing videogames, and reading.
